Her focus is opening foreign markets and building long-term partnerships. Her experience spans the full cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.

Miroslav leads ARDyx's technological development with more than 35 years of experience in the optical industry. He designs complete system solutions and oversees product development from concept to final specification. He has an exceptional understanding of what the market needs and can translate it into technically feasible outputs. His expertise in technical optics and optical data transmission is one of the foundations of ARDyx's product portfolio.

Vlasta runs the production lines and overall operations of ARDyx. She combines analytical thinking with a practical approach to production management and cost efficiency. She bridges operational reality with sales and engineering requirements and makes sure the different parts of the company pull in the same direction. She holds project certifications and brings process discipline to an environment where every detail matters.
